What's On
SUMMER SWIMMING TIMETABLE NOW RUNNING
Whatever the weather ... the temperature is up in the pool. The water will be at 29° C for our 7 month summer swimming season April-October inclusive. Get your swimming season ticket soon to take full advantage, or join up for our £25 a month all-in deal for swim, tennis and gym.

Eco-friendly outdoor winter swimming now available in Chesham!
For the first time in our 100 year history from November 2012 we were able to extend our sessions to keep the pool open November to April. The pool is run at a lower temperature of approx 20° C / 68° F during the winter season.
New Beginners Pole Course at Chesham Moor Gym & Swim

How much is the course? £40
How do I pay?
Deposit: £20 ASAP, then remainder £20.
Who is this course suitable for?
Complete beginners, novices, pole virgins, those that have never touched a pole before. If you have done a pole class in the past. You are FAR too qualified!
What will I learn?
Within the 4 weeks you will learn up to 5 spins, 5 transitions and 3 poses that will be combined to make a mini routine for you to take home.
How many people are in a class?
We only have 12 spaces on each course (3 people to a pole - Maximum!)
What do I wear?
Anything you feel comfortable in. All classes are for pure fitness so you'll have to pack those 6inch stiletto's back in the box.. sorry! BUT you will have a fab workout so just wear normal gym clothes. Tracksuit bottoms / leggings / vest / TShirt / hoody. It's entirely upto you!
Additional Info:
Please arrive 5 minutes early on your first class so that you have extra time to fill in any forms.
