Therapies

The centre offers a comprehensive selection of complementary therapies provided by Chiltern Natural Therapies.

Therapists Nazma Khan and Moira Walker are fully qualified medical professionals who have realised the benefits of taking a holistic approach and use natural remedies to treat their clients.

A range of treatments include:

• sports massage
• reflexology
• shiatsu
• Thai yoga massage
• aromatherapy massage and
• herbal medicine.

Both therapists are trained and experienced with treating a wide range of medical conditions in a natural and holistic way.

Aromatherapy

• Treatment and consultation: £35 (1 hour).

Reflexology

• Treatment and consultation: £35 (1 hour)

Shiatsu

• Treatment and consultation: £35 (1 hour)

Sports massage

• First treatment and consultation: £40 (60-90 minutes)
• Follow up visits: £40 (1 hour)

Thai Yoga Massage

• Treatment and consultation: £45 (90 minutes)

Herbal Medicine

• First consultation: £35 (60-90 minutes)
• Follow up visits: £25 (30-45 minutes)

(price excluding herbal prescription)

Herbal Prescriptions

These will generally cost between £5-£8 per week depending on the prescriptions and the number of different preparations required.

Please note that we can only accept cash or cheques.

Cancellations

Please allow 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel a treatment otherwise you will be invoiced for the fee. This also applies to non-attendance.
