Danny's protein muffins
After a bit of experimenting and adapting various recipes – here is my recipe for a quick and tasty protein treat.
2 dessert spoons of oats
1 scoop of protein powder (probably vanilla works best)
1 banana mashed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 dessert spoon peanut butter
Grease up 2 small microwave-proof dishes about 10 cms wide, pour the mashed up mixture in and microwave for about a minute. Stop the microwave, turn the bowl and about another 2 minutes.
If you wanna play around with putting nuts or dried fruit in them you can, but basically they are protein muffins! Try it today!
