Sundays morning 11am–12pm
£10 drop in or £50 for 6 classes
The classes will include:
- 30 minutes formal meditation – this will include; colouring, making and walking meditations.
- 15 minute talks on stress, anxiety, depression, physical and emotional pain.
- 15 minutes mindful movement.
The classes are perfect for those that are interested in Meditation and Mindfulness, and would like some guidance.
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. CLASSES OPEN TO ALL.
(These classes are not yoga classes, but more meditation and mindfulness).
Emma is a qualified meditation and mindfulness teacher.
