Bank Holiday Monday: swimming 8am-5.45pm, gym 8am-6pm

Timetable for classes — indoor and aqua
Classes must be booked direct with the instructor, or with reception as specified. No booking required for Aqua and Masterclass swimming.
Classes do not generally run on Bank Holidays, but please check with your instructor, also please check regarding the Christmas holiday period.

Massage Your Muscles (AKA Self-Myofascial Release) Using a foam roller is essentially a more affordable way to give yourself a deep tissue massage.
