Gym opening hours
We are now opening at 6am on weekdays to offer extended opening hours.
Opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday 6am–9pm, Friday 6am– 8pm,
Saturday 8am–6pm and Sunday 8am–5pm.
We have a variety of classes available here at the centre. These include circuits, boot camp, yoga, pilates and a new pole fitness class. Please see timetable below.
Studio hire is available, please call the centre for more details.
Classes must be booked direct with the instructor, or with reception as specified.
