What we do
Not what you expect! This fun way of exercising will keep you motivated and then results are inevitable!
Whether you are new to fitness of have been training for some time, there will be something for you. Not too late in the day to eat into your weekend, but not too early to ruin your lay in, this is the perfect way to start each weekend!
Each of the sessions are held by Jonathan J Popple (BSc Hons, Advanced Personal Trainer, Member of the Register of Exercise professionals)
The sessions work on all aspects of fitness such as strength, cardio, balance, flexibility, endurance, and will be set to the individuals ability level. The equipment used is varied, and simple to use, and guidance on correct technique is given before it's use. And, very importantly, each session should leave you feeling worked out and feeling very positive for the rest of the day!
